Dear Tim & Annette, Thanks very much for sharing your lovely home with me.  I had a wonderful time both weekends; your food was great; and your company was delightful.  I will have such good memories of my stay in Midway. I felt so at home there.

Thanks, Charlene

Thank you for the best B&B experience I've experienced.

Dear Tim & Annette, Thank you again for graciously sharing your home with us.  We had another wonderful family get-together.  We are leaving you some cake and some of the "recipe" in the freezer.  We would like to reserve again for next year.

Thanks again, Danni & John

Dear Tim & Annette, we enjoyed our visit, as usual, and hope to make it back soon.  Enclosed is something for your back porch; hopefully you will find a corner for it.  Thanks again.  Have a great summer.

Love, Bill & Wilma

Hi Annette & Tim; So sorry we missed you Sun. morning. we left before daybreak.  Robin & I had the absolute best time with you.  The rooms were perfect and your hospitality overwhelming.  We have never felt as comfortable and relaxed in any other B&B (and we stay in one somewhere every summer) as we did at Scottwood.  Thanks again for making out stay the best.

Gayle and Robin

Annette & Tim:  Again, thank you so much for being such fine hosts this past weekend.  We are recommending Scottwood to everyone we know--well, make that everyone we know who is WORTHY  of such an experience.  It is hard to believe we could be so close to home but feel so far from it.

Dear Annette and Tim, It is with sadness that we left Kentucky.  Our stay with you was just the greatest.  It was as if we knew one another forever. Your place is simply wonderful.  We have memories that will stay with us forever.  We are setting up our guest room and once again, extending an invitation for you to come out west and stay with us.

Love, the Davis family

Dear Annette & Tim, Thank you for the extra kindness of arranging the tour of Three Chimneys and finding the book on the champion horses.  You always make our trip to Midway exceptional.  I appreciate your friendship and look forward to being with you again next year.

Much love and gratitude, Agnes Michael, Midway College Alumni

My sister and I thoroughly enjoyed our recent stay at your lovely Scottwood Inn.  Your gracious hospitality was unsurpassed.  We definitely plan to return.

Dear Tim & Annette, Thank you for your great hospitality a second year in a row. The carriage house was perfect for us to enjoy our morning coffee and evening wine, not to mention Keeneland in between, overlooking the Elkhorn Creek and horse farm beyond.

Take Care, Christy

We had such a good time with you.  These pictures will allow you to recall all the great moments.  Thanks for giving us such an awesome vacation.

Love, Ken & Kerry

Dear Tim & Annette, Many thanks for a wonderful weekend over the Rolex.  We loved your house, breakfasts were delicious and your recommendations of the restaurants, excellent!

Dear Annette & Tim - What a way to start a day!!!!  An unexpected invitation to breakfast at Scottwood==elegant food, delightful company, a precious dog, history surrounding me and the grand tour of the house. Each and every room is a treasure though I must admit the carriage house with the loft has to be my favorite 'cause it's so unique...The gardens and the wisteria, bleeding hearts and all the surroundings.  What an enchanting place, so it's no wonder your first-time guests keep coming back and back..  A million thanks for your thoughtfulness and hospitality.

Gratefully, Margaret Ware

Dear Tim & Annette, Robbie and I were so excited to be welcomed so graciously this past weekend.  We had the best time away and have already shared the experience at Scottwood with several friends and family.

Thanks for making our trip to Kentucky one we will always cherish.  We felt we came home with so much because we came home with two new friends.

Our love to you, Doug & Nelda

Hello All, Thank you for sharing your wonderful B&B with us and our neighbors. The 4 of us are sitting under grand 4th of July fireworks while going over the photos we took and smiled at our Midway memories of Scottwood.  The house, the screened porch, the gardens, the creek, but most of all..we remember two kind, funny, warm hosts...folks I wish were under these 4th of July fireworks with us right now.

Dear Tim & Annette, We have been to Scottwood a couple of times now.  The first time we met Ginny and after nine years without a dog we decided it was time to get another.  The last time we loved your two patio peach trees.  On the way home we stopped at a garden center and bought two trees just like yours. We sure would like to visit you again but if we pull in and you have a brand new shiny Ferrari in the drive, I'm going to turn around and come home!

Roy & Jeanette

Tim & Annette, Thank you both for your warm welcome to us weary travelers at your lovely B&B "jewel box".  Lots of love and care make it shine.  The meals were superb and we wee well rested by the end of our stay.

Jonathon, Jeanette and Gracie

Tim & Annette, thank you for the great Kentucky hospitality.  We feel like we were treated like royalty.  We warmly remember our "Dictionary Game Night" in your dining room and the laughter that rang through the house.  What fun!

Love, Jim & Susie

Tim & Annette, You are the best & we can't thank you enough for hosting all of the "girlfriends" and making us a fabulous breakfast on our wedding day.  Thanks also for the picnic package.  It was very special.

Love, Marcia & Greg

Thank you for the wonderful weekend and the warm hospitality.  The breakfasts and the treats you served us were delicious.  Thank you, Thank You!

Love, Megan & Kyle

"Southern Hospitality" was something I heard for many years while up in Canada.  Whether it was luck or fate, I could not have stumbled into a B&B owned by a more helpful, devoted and kindhearted pair than the Grahls.  The rooms w exquisitely adorned within this beautiful 18th century house.  The sultry Kentucky landscapes beckons even the most unwilling to go out for a crisp morning run along the Elkhorn Creek.  We had 3 of the most sumptuous breakfasts I've had in recent memory.  All in all, a fantastic trip to Lexington that exceeded my expectations.

Ciao from Canada

Tim & Annette, Just wanted to say hi and catch you up on the romance that began at Scottwood...we were married and now have a son.  We hope you are well and imagine Scottwood is still the magical place it was when we fell in love.
